    【】目的: 应用二维斑点追踪技术评价曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并心衰后左心室局部收缩功能改变。方法:选取冠心病患者共 48 例(EF均<50%),随机分为治疗组(24例)和对照组(24例)。两组均给予冠心病常规治疗,治疗组加用标准剂量的曲美他嗪治疗6个月。应用二维斑点追踪技术评价两组治疗前后左心室局部收缩功能改变。结果: 与治疗前相比,治疗组与对照组左室心肌节段纵向收缩力增强,治疗组较对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义。结论: 二维斑点追踪技术可评价左室射血分数下降的冠心病患者的左心室局部收缩功能。并对接受曲美他嗪治疗的患者左心室局部收缩功能进行评估。证实常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪可进一步改善冠心病患者左心室局部收缩功能,提高临床疗效。

    Abstract:

    Objective:To observe the changes of left ventricular(LV)function in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure by using two-dimensional(2D)speckle tracking imaging(STI).Methods:The studied population consisted of 48 patients with heart failure (SEF<50%).48 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (24 cases) and control group (24 cases).All of the patients receivedS conventionalStherapy for coronary heart disease (CHD). The treatment group was treated by standard daily dose of trimetazidine for 6 months based on the conventionalStherapy . Analysis the change of ventricular contract function before and after treatment by using two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging. Results:The systolic longitudinal strain of the two groups both increased after treatment, andSsignificantlySinStreatmentSgroupSthanSthat of control group ,withSstatisticalSsignificance(P<0.05). Conclusion: Trimetazidine improved Left ventricular contract function in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure based on conventionalStherapy.
