objective: to study the transvaginal three-dimensional real-time uterus fallopian tube ultrasonic angiography (3D-HyCoSy) during the diagnosis to the pain associated with patients" tolerance, influencing factors, provide a reference for optimizing operation improve patient comfort. Selection methods: our hospital in March 2015 - March 2016 real-time 3 d vaginal hysterectomy for obstetrics and gynecology hospital tubal contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination with pain in 240 patients as the research object, analyzing imaging poor tolerance and pain related reasons.Results: the factors influencing the client tolerability and pain related including tension, the dosage of contrast agent, cervical flowing, inflammation of department of gynaecology, imaging tube balloon size etc, data comparison difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: patients lead to poor tolerance and the pain of many factors, therefore should take the corresponding treatment aiming at the condition of the patients with intervention, reduce the pain of patients and improve the success rate of imaging diagnosis.
