【】 目的:探讨膈肌水平腹主动脉异常频谱的形成原因及其对主动脉缩窄及主动脉弓离断的间接诊断价值。方法:对17例出现腹主动脉异常频谱患儿行超声心动图检查,并于超声检查一周内行相关血管造影检查。结果:本组患者腹主动脉异常血流频谱表现为低流速低搏动的连续频谱,其中主动脉缩窄者13例,主动脉弓离断者4例,均通过相关血管造影证实。结论:膈肌水平腹主动脉低流速低搏动的异常频谱可作为相应先天性心脏病的重要间接声像图征象,从而提高超声检出率,避免漏诊。 |

【】 Objective: To investigate the causes of the abnormal aorta blood flow abnormal spectrum and the indirect diagnostic value in the diagnosis of coarctation of the aorta and interrupted aortic arch. Methods: 17 cases of abdominal aorta abnormal spectrum were examined by echocardiography, Correlative angiography was available in all of the patients within a week. Results: In this group, the abnormal aorta blood flow spectrum showed a continuous spectrum of low flow rate, 13 cases of coarctation of the aorta, 4 cases of interrupted aortic arch, All cases were confirmed by the digital subtraction angiography(DSA) or CT angiography(CTA). Conclusion: The abnormal spectrum of the continuous low flow velocity of the abdominal aorta is the important indirect ultrasonographic signs of the corresponding congenital heart disease, so as to improve the ultrasonic detection rate and avoid missed diagnosis. |
