Abstract:Objective: through transabdominal 3D ultrasound, fetal cerebellar vermis to investigate the relation between growth and gestational age, and related reference values were established, we study on the development of fetal cerebellar vermis diagnosis. Methods: 230 cases of 18 to 40 weeks of normal fetal sagittal diameter, anteroposterior diameter and total area,by abdominal three-dimensional ultrasound, and its relationship with gestational weeks and establish the reference values and analysis of each gestational week. Results: ①the superoinferior diameter, anteroposterior diameter and total area increased with increasing gestational age (P<0.05), and the linear regression equation for cerebellar vermis superoinferior diameter (mm) = (0.888x weeks)-10.384 , cerebellar vermis superoinferior diameter (mm) = (0.979x weeks)-9.977, cerebellar vermis area (CM) = (0.196x weeks) -3.433.②Tthe superoinferior diameter, anteroposterior diameter and total area were skewed distribution, and established the 95% reference value and the lower limit of the reference value of 5%.Conclusion: through the establishment of cerebellar vermis with gestational age reference value. This can assist in the assessment of the diagnosis of cerebellar abnormalities in the development of fetal cerebellar growth.
