| 【】目的：探讨超声在中心静脉导管(PICC)置入术后随访中的应用价值。方法：超声观察322例PICC患者,导管在静脉内的位置及走行、所在静脉管腔及血流情况。结果：263例PICC导管及所在静脉管腔内未见异常,为光滑平行管状高回声,所在静脉血流通畅,无血栓形成；45例有血栓形成,表现为静脉内低回声团,探头按压管腔不消失,血流信号变窄或消失；6例出现穿刺点皮下血肿；5例导管壁周边有附着物形成；3例导管腔内见堵塞物。结论：超声对重症患者PICC术后随访观察有重要意义,术后血栓是其主要并发症。 |

| 【】 Objective:Ultrasonology central venous catheter (PICC) in the value of follow-up after surgery.Methods:Ultrasonic observation of 322 patients with PICC catheter in the position of the intravenous line and go, in the venous lumen and blood flow.Results:263 cases of PICC catheter and no abnormalities in the venous lumen, as smooth and parallel tube high echo, venous blood circulation chang, without thrombosis; 45 cases with thrombosis, characterized by intravenous low echo, probe on the lumen is not disappear, blood flow signals narrowing or disappear; 6 cases with the puncture point subcutaneous hematoma; 5 cases of guide wall surrounding with attachments form; 3 cases of catheter lumen see blockages.Conclusion:PICC ultrasound in patients with severe postoperative follow-up is important, postoperative thrombosis is the main complication. |
