: Objective To investigate the clinical value of Tei index and BNP in assessment of trimetazidine on the cardiac function of patient with chronic heart failure due to diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods Total 47 patients with chronic heart failure due to diabetic cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group . All of the patients receivedS conventionalStherapy for heart failure. The treatment group was treated by standard daily dose of trimetazidine for 6 months based on the conventional Stherapy .
