| 目的：采用Tei指数指标联合脑利钠肽(BNP)评价曲美他嗪对老年糖尿病心肌病(diabetic cardiomyopathy,DCM)慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法：DCM慢性充血性心力衰竭患者47例,其中男24例,女23例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予标准药物治疗,治疗组在标准药物治疗基础上给予曲美他嗪治疗。观察两组治疗前、治疗后6个月的Tei指数血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)的变化。结果：两组治疗后BNP降低,Tei指数较治疗前缩短,治疗组较对照组改善更明显。差异有统计学意义。结论：Tei指数联合BNP能够评价曲美他嗪治疗对老年DCM慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的改善。 |

| : Objective To investigate the clinical value of Tei index and BNP in assessment of trimetazidine on the cardiac function of patient with chronic heart failure due to diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods Total 47 patients with chronic heart failure due to diabetic cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group . All of the patients receivedS conventionalStherapy for heart failure. The treatment group was treated by standard daily dose of trimetazidine for 6 months based on the conventional Stherapy . Analysis the change of Tei index and BNP before and after treatment.
