目的 探讨实时影像虚拟导航在新生儿颅脑中的初步应用价值。方法 临床怀疑颅脑异常经MRI提示正常的15例新生儿,MRI检查后24小时内接受颅脑超声检查。常规超声经前囟扫查留取矢状面二维图像、经侧囟留取横断面二维图像,选取最满意的横断面或矢状面,使用超声融合影像导航将MRI和超声的图像进行对位融合,记录对位融合所需时间以及融合成功率。结果 所有病例中MRI和超声图像均能融合成功,融合成功率100%。对位融合所需时间为1-5分钟,平均3分钟。结论 超声融合影像导航可以实现常规超声与MRI的较完美融合,还可将彩色多普勒血流成像技术叠加于MRI图像之上,实现MRI对脑血流动力学状况的评价,是一种具有临床应用前景的新技术。 |

Abstract: |
[ ] Objective To evaluate the feasibility of Virtual Navigator in the brain of newborns. Method 15 neonates with clinically suspected brain abnormalities,who diagnosed by MRI as normal brains, brain ultrasonography was performed within 24 hours after MRI. Conventional ultrasound scan taken by anterior sagittal images, the lateral fontanel collected by cross-sectional 2D images, select the most satisfactory transverse or sagittal planes, then sonography and MRI images were fused by Virtual Navigator, recorded the fusion time and the success rate. Results All the cases were successfully fused with MRI and ultrasound images, and the success rate was 100%. The time required for fusion were 1-5 minutes with an average of 3 minutes. Conclusion Virtual Navigator can realize the perfect fusion of MRI and conventional ultrasound;The Color Doppler flow imaging can be superimposed on the MRI image, MRI can be used to evaluate the cerebral hemodynamics.So,Virtual Navigator is a new technology with clinical application prospect. |
