Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between the degree of hepatic fibrosis and the pathological results in patients with shear-wave elastography (SWE) during the immune clearance phase by real-time elastography (shear-wave), To provide a reference for the study. Methods In 213 cases of immune clearance phase in patients with chronic hepatitis liver elastic modulus measurement, with pathological results as the gold standard to analyze the correlation between the immune clearance phase of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B and SWE measurements, the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) shear wave elastography in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis in the performance of ≥S2 analysis of curve. ROC analysis of shear wave elasticity imaging in the diagnosis of ≥ S2 stage of liver fibrosis. Results The elastic modulus of S0, S1, S2and S3~S4 of liver fibrosis phase respectively is (6.73 ± 2.04), kPa (7.06 ± 2.60), kPa (88.34 ± 4.12), kPa (12.82 ± 6.63) kPa, there were significant differences between the groups (F=22.141, P<0.01). SWE in the diagnosis of significant fibrosis (≥ S2) of the area under the ROC curve was 0.739, the threshold is 8.81 kPa, corresponding to the sensitivity and specificity were 58.8% and 81.9%.Conclusion SWE technology provides a reference for the diagnosis of liver fibrosis stage in patients with chronic hepatitis B, and provides some help for further treatment and prognosis.
