【】Objective To explore the mobile transthoracic echocardiography in early diagnosis of Type A acute aortic dissection. Methods Recruited 72 cases of Type A acute aortic dissection patients who had undergone aortic surgery in our hospital form March 2014 to March 2017, before surgery all patients examined by mobilel transthoracic ultrasound. Results 72 cases, 51cases have been found the presence of intimal flap in aortic, 6 cases were doubted, 15 cases haven’t been found the presence of intimal flap. 43 cases have been found the presence of intimal flap in aortaventralis. Conclusions The mobile transthoracic echocardiography is a sensitive method in diagnosis of Type A acute aortic dissection, It can be a reliable first method for the diagnosis and treatment of AAD, and provide import additional help for clinic.
