| 【】 目的 探讨床旁超声心动图在急性A型主动脉夹层患者早期诊断中的临床应用价值。方 法 对2014年3月-2017年3月在我院手术治疗的A型主动脉夹层的患者72例进行回顾性总结分析,所有患者术前均行床旁经胸超声心动图检查。结果 72例患者中经床旁胸超声心动图检查51例患者发现升主动脉内典型撕裂漂浮内膜,6例患者高度可疑升主动脉内有撕裂内膜,15例患者未发现升主动脉内典型撕裂内膜,43例发现腹主动脉撕裂内膜漂浮。结论 床旁超声心动图检查对急性A型主动脉夹层的诊断有重要价值,可作为可疑急性主动脉夹层患者的首选检查,为临床提供重要依据。 |

| 【】Objective To explore the mobile transthoracic echocardiography in early diagnosis of Type A acute aortic dissection. Methods Recruited 72 cases of Type A acute aortic dissection patients who had undergone aortic surgery in our hospital form March 2014 to March 2017, before surgery all patients examined by mobilel transthoracic ultrasound. Results 72 cases, 51cases have been found the presence of intimal flap in aortic, 6 cases were doubted, 15 cases haven’t been found the presence of intimal flap. 43 cases have been found the presence of intimal flap in aortaventralis. Conclusions The mobile transthoracic echocardiography is a sensitive method in diagnosis of Type A acute aortic dissection, It can be a reliable first method for the diagnosis and treatment of AAD, and provide import additional help for clinic. |
