Abstract: |
【】 Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of umbilical artery (UA) and middle cerebral artery (MCA) SD in the diagnosis of fetal distress in two pregnant women. Methods: A total of 117 children with respiratory distress symptoms during the fetus were selected as the subjects. 100 healthy fetuses were selected as controls. The results of color Doppler examination were analyzed retrospectively at 32 to 41 weeks. To analyze. Results: The (S / D) UA, (S / D) MCA and S / D (UA / MCA) values ??of the two groups were compared between the two groups (S / D) UA and S / D (UA / MCA) was significantly higher than that of the control group, while the (S / D) MCA was significantly lower than the control group, compared with the difference was statistically significant, p <0.05. The sensitivity and specificity of the three methods The diagnostic value of (S / D) UA method was not significantly different from that of S (S / D) MCA method, p> 0.05, while S / D (UA / MCA) and (S / D) (S / D) and UA and (S / D) MCA were statistically significant (P <0.05) .Conclusion: The use of (S / D) UA and (S / D) MCA in the diagnosis of fetal distress has certain clinical significance, But the use of S / D (UA / MCA) value for diagnostic sensitivity and specificity is higher, worthy of extensive promotion and application. |
