Objective To assess the targeting adhesion of interlukin-8 (IL-8) monoclonal antibody-targeted ultrasound contrast agent through its in vitro targeting of injured myocardial cells, and to discuss the mechanism by which IL-8 acts on the early myocardial infarction. Method IL-8 monoclonal antibody-targeted ultrasound contrast agent was prepared using covalent coupling method, and injured myocardial cells prepared using cellular oxygen/glucose deficiency method. The targeting capacity of the contrast agent was tested by combining targeted ultrasound contrast agent and injured myocardial cells together in vitro. Result The in vitro targeting test
