Abstract:【】 Objective: To explore the ultrasonographic features of Retroperitoneal Fibrosis (RPF).Methods: A retrospective analysis of 10 cases of retroperitoneal fibrosis was summarized. Results: The abdominal aorta of 10 patients were found to be surrounded by low-echo group, and 8 cases were associated with urinary positive signs (3 cases of bilateral, 2 right, 3 left), and 4 cases of inferior vena cava. There were 5 cases of ultrasonographic diagnosis, 2 cases were only for renal accumulation or ureteral dilation, and 3 cases were diagnosed as abdominal mass. Conclusion:RPF mainly the soft tissue echo cluster around the retroperitoneal artery to be the ultrasonic specific sign, especially for the first diagnosis of unexplained renal hydroponies and ureteral dilation, the possibility of the disease should be considered.
