| 子宫内膜癌（EC）是妇科肿瘤中的一种常见病变，且近年发病人群趋于年轻化。EC的诊断主要依靠患者的临床表现、分段诊刮、以及经阴道超声、CT、MRI等影像学方法，其中超声以其高分辨率、价廉、可重复性高、无损伤性等优势被作为首选检查。EC的肌层浸润深度是临床治疗方案选择的重要依据，也是评估患者预后的主要因素，故明确的诊断与精准的分期尤为重要。近年来三维超声、超声造影发展迅猛，其在EC的诊断、分期中进展迅速，故将EC的超声诊断及分期进展综述如下，以期更精准指导临床。 |

| Endometrial cancer (EC) is a common disease in gynecological tumors, and in recent years the incidence of people tend to younger. The diagnosis of EC mainly depends on the patients''clinical manifestations , segmented curettage, and transvaginal ultrasound, CT, MRI and other imaging methods,in which ultrasound with its high resolution, low cost, high repeatability, no damage and other advantages as a preferred check.The depth of EC''s muscle invasion is an important basis for the selection of clinical treatment options, but also the main factor in assessing the prognosis of patients, so a clear diagnosis and accurate staging is particularly important.
