| 目的 探讨新形式下医疗联合体超声医生规范化培训模式，提高规范化教学效果。
方法 在医联体超声医生培训中注重规范化操作培训，配合住院医师规范化培养方式，并在教学中进行 “一对一”教学，注重反馈，循序渐进提高诊断水平。
结果 通过多种措施综合应用可以推进医联体人员超声培训。
结论 规范化分层次培训是医联体人员超声培训的关键。 |

| Objective To explore the new mode of ultrasonic medical training for Medical Union, and to improve the effect of standardized teaching. Method Standardized training should be paid attention to in the training of ultrasonic doctors in Medical Union, with the standardized training methods of the residents, and the "one to one" teaching in the teaching, focusing on feedback and improving the diagnosis level by step by step. Results Through comprehensive application of various measures, ultrasound training for Medical Union personnel can be promoted. Conclusion Standardized training at different levels is the key to ultrasound training for Medical Union. |
