    摘要:

    目的:探讨经食管超声在心脏瓣膜囊性病变围术期的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析经胸超声及(或)经食管超声诊断为心脏瓣膜囊性病变的病例,总结其超声影像学特征,以手术及病理结果作为对照。结果:5例心脏瓣膜囊性病变均有特征性的超声影像学表现,所有病例经食管超声检查均检出瓣膜囊性病变,2例经胸超声检查未检出瓣膜囊性病变。其中3例手术及病理诊断为心脏瓣叶囊肿,2例手术诊断为瓣叶囊状病变。术前测量大小与术中测量大小有较好的相关性,相关系数r=0.998,P<0.01。结论:经食管超声在心脏瓣膜囊性病变围术期的定位及定性诊断中具有重要价值。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the application value of TEE in cystic disease on cardiac valves during the perioperative period. Methods Retrospective analysis of TTE and / or TEE for the diagnosis of cystic disease on cardiac valves, The characteristics of ultrasound imaging were summarized, surgical and pathological results were used as a control. Result All of the 5 cases have characteristic ultrasonographic manifestations . In all cases, cystic disease on cardiac valves were detected by TEE, which were not detected in 2 cases by TTE. 3 cases were diagnosed as cyst on cardiac valves by the surgical and pathological, 2 cases were diagnosed as cystic disease on cardiac valves by the surgical. There was a good correlation between preoperative measurement size and intraoperative measurement size. sample correlation coefficient r=0.998,P<0.01. Conclusion TEE has important value in the positioning and qualitative diagnosis of cystic disease on cardiac valves.
