| 【摘要】目的: 观察糖尿病前期及2型糖尿病左心形态及功能超声心动图指标的变化。方法: 选择30例糖尿病前期组,32例2型糖尿病组以及31例健康正常人为对照组,所有患者排除高血压、冠心病等心脏疾病,观察各组超声心动图指标,进行统计学分析。结果: 2型糖尿病组LAVI、 IVS、LVPW、s’mean、e’mean、e’/a’ mean和E/e’mean与正常对照组比较差异有显著性差异(P<0.01)；糖尿病前期组LAVI、 IVS、s’mean、e’mean、E/e’mean与正常对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),糖尿病和糖尿病前期组左室大小(LVEDD)及舒张晚期平均速度a’ mean差异不明显。结论： 糖尿病前期组及2型糖尿病组左房形态及左心功能与正常组比较有明显差异,糖尿病前期患者应注重超声心动图检查。 |

| Evaluation of left ventricular morphology and functionin patients with prediabetes and diabetes mellitus by echocardiography |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of left ventricular morphology and function in patients with prediabetes and diabetes mellitus by echocardiography.Methods 30 patients with prediabetes and 32 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected, 31 healthy people were as control group.All patients eliminated hypertension, coronary heart disease. Echocardiographic indexes were observed and analyzed statistically.Results There were significant differences in LAVI, IVS, LVPW, s" mean, e "mean", e "mean" and E/e "mean in type 2 diabetes group compared with the normal control group(P<0.01)；There were statistical differences in LAVI, IVS, s" mean, e "mean, E/e" mean in the prediabetic group compared with the normal control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in LVEDD and a’ mean in diabetic and prediabetic group. Conclusion Compared with the control group, there was significant difference in left atrial morphology and left ventricular function in the patients with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Echocardiography should be emphasized in patients with prediabetes. |
