| 目的 总结儿童梨状窝瘘合并感染的超声表现特征,提高对其的认识,为术前诊断提供依据。方法 回顾性分析本院经手术治疗且有病理结果的10例梨状窝瘘合并感染患儿的超声图像表现。结果 2例左颈部反复出现感染,7例反复出现左颈部脓肿并累及甲状腺左叶上极,1例右颈部脓肿累及甲状腺右叶上极。结论 儿童梨状窝瘘合并感染的超声表现具有一定特征性,超声可作为其首选的检查方法。 |

| Objective Summarizing ultrasonographic characteristics of piriform sinus fistula merging infections in children, to improve the understanding of piriform sinus fistula merging infections, provide the basis for preoperative diagnosis. Methods The characteristics of the ultrasound image in 10 cases of children with piriform sinus fistula merging infection confirmed surgically and pathologically were retrospectively Results 2 cases of left neck recurrent infection, 7 cases of recurrent left neck abscess and drag in the upper pole of the left lobe of the thyroid gland, 1 case was the right neck abscess involving the upper pole of the right lobe of the thyroid gland. Conclusion Piriform sinus fistula merging infections in children of sonographic findings have certain characteristics, ultrasound can be used as the first choice for examination. |
