目的 研究从事超声工作的医务人员肌肉弹性是否与工作年限有关以及左右侧肌肉弹性是否存在差异。方法 37例超声工作人员,年龄27~52岁,使用法国Supersonic公司的AixPlore型实时定量剪切波超声弹性成像超声诊断仪,L4-15线阵探头,分别测量肱二头肌、三角肌、背阔肌放松状态下的左右侧纵切面肌肉弹性模量值。结果 10年以上组与0-5年组及 5-10年组比较差异有统计学意义;0-5年组与5-10年组比较,差异无统计学意义。肱二头肌左右侧对比差异有统计学意义,三角肌及背阔肌肌群左右侧对比差异均无统计学意义。结论 超声工作的医务人员随工作时间的延长肱二头肌弹性增加,并且肱二头肌肌肉弹性左右侧存在差异。 而三角肌与背阔肌肌肉的弹性与工作年限无明显关系,左右侧弹性差异也不明显。 |

Objective To explore the difference of biceps, deltoid and latissimus dorsi Young’s modulus in ultrasound doctors right and left side muscle elasticity and whether or not related to the working years. Methods 37 ultrasound doctors aged 27 to 52 years old. A shear-wave elasto-sonography (AixPlorer model, Supersonic Imagine, Aix en Provence, France) coupled with a linear array transducer array (4–15 MHz) was employed. The longitudinal muscle elastic modulus of biceps brachii , deltoid and latissimus dorsi measured in relax and compared. Results Over 10 years and 0 to 5 years comparison and analysis, the difference is statistically significant. Over 10 years and 5 to 10 the difference is statistically significant. 0 to 5 years and 5 to 10 years groups comparison and analysis, the difference is not statistically significant. The elastic modulus of the biceps in left and right comparison and analysis, the difference is statistically significant. The elastic modulus of the deltoid and latissimus dorsi is not statistically significant. Conclusion The biceps elasticity increase with working time in ultrasonic doctors.The left and right side biceps elasticity were differences .The elasticity modulus of deltoid and latissimus dorsi have no relationship with work time. |
