Abstract:Abstract: Objective To quantitatively evaluate of change of left ventricular configuration and function in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD) by ultrasonic cardiogram. Methods 131 cases of CKD patients were divided into CKD2-3 group(n=68) and CKD2-3 group(n=63) according to the level of GFR in our hospital during 2015.2~2017.1. 60 cases of normal subjects were control group at the same time. The structural parameters[left ventricular mass(LVM), left ventricular mass index(LVMI),relative wall thickness(RWT)] and functional parameter[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),E,A,Em,E/A,E/Em] of left ventriculus sinister was acquired by ultrasonic cardiogram and was compared. The influence factors and correlation of RWTand E/Em was analyzed. Results 53(84.1%) CKD patients had change of left ventricular configuration in CKD4-5 group, 19(27.9%) CKD patients had change of left ventricular configuration in CKD2-3 group, there was statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). The LVM,LVMI,RWT of CKD2-3 group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05), the LVM,LVMI,RWT,A,E/Em of CKD4-5 group was significantly higher than CKD2-3 group and control group(P<0.05), the Em,DTE,E/A of CKD4-5 group was significantly lower than CKD2-3 group and control group(P<0.05). PWVcF and eGFR was the independent relevant factor of RWT, PWVcF and RWT was the independent relevant factor of E/Em. Conclusion Left ventricular configuration was changed in the early phase of CKD patients and left ventricular function was changed in the later period of CKD patients, the change was significant in in the later period. The change of left ventricular configuration and function was closely associated with arterial stiffness.
