Abstract: Objective Discussing the ultrasonic characteristics and diagnosis of spleen sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation,To improve the preoperative diagnostic ability of the spleen tumor.Methods Retrospective analysis of 4 cases of the sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation ultrasound imaging data and pathological data.Results The ultrasonographic findings were shown sa follows:4 cases represented as single lump, there is no clear boundary between the mass and the spleen, The internal echo of the mass is not uniform.3 cases of lesion were hypoechioc,1 caseoflesion were isoechoic. All the 4 cases showed achange of lobulated,1 case shown diffused calcifications inside the mass. CDFI: Blood flow signals can be seen in the mass, There are multiple blood vessels in the periphery of the tumor that can be inserted into the center of the mass, Looks like “Spokes shape”.Conclusions SANT is a benign lesion of the spleen , the clinical manifestations were nonspecific, it was awalys found by imaging examination before the operation,ultrasonography has certain specificity,SANT can be cure by splenectomy.
