    摘要:

    超声科住院医师规范化培训中存在专业性强、技术依赖性高等问题。结合超声科及本基地特点,在临床教学中探索出教学模式上采用个性化培训方案和导师负责制,教学方法上采用理论授课、疑难病例讨论及病例回访相结合的模式,培养过程中注重规范化临床实践能力培养,并充分利用微信网络电子平台互动教学,最后进行合理考核评价等,使住陪学员学习期间在临床知识及超声技能操作掌握上取得较大进步,切升提高了住陪教学质量和效果。

    Abstract:

    Resident training of ultrasound imaging has strong professional and high technological dependence. In our clinical teaching, based on characteristics of ultrasound and base, some teaching practice and exploration patterns were applied, such as a personal training program and tutorial responsibility system, which includes ultrasound operation, diagnosis skills, theory class, intractable case discuss and case return visit, Wechat platform interactive teaching and reasonable evaluation mode selection, et al. It leads the ultrasonic resident doctors make considerable progress in mastering of clinical knowledge and technological skills and improve the education quality and effects of ultrasonic resident doctor training.
