Abstract:Objective The ultrasonography and ultrasonography were used to detect the superficial hemangioma of infants and young children. The results were compared with the clinical value. Methods A random sample of 45 patients with superficial ih diagnosis, using high frequency ultrasound and 13 MHZ 20 MHZ uhf ultrasonic detection, the detected image, different levels and blood flow to the different depth ratio, the results are analyzed and discussed. Results In the study, the imaging images of 22MHz and 13MHz different detection frequencies were compared, and the difference was obvious and statistically significant (P <0.05);And then the study also on the two frequencies of hemangioma sonogram features than the comparison,The results showed that the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05);At the end of the study, ImageMagic software was used to analyze and compare the blood flow images of two kinds of detection frequencies. It was found that there were differences between the different depths of blood flow, among which 0.0-0.3 cm, 0.4-0.6 cm, 0.7-1.0 cm, 0.0-1.0 Cm was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusions ?tumors depth shallow depth < 0.6 cm of superficial hemangioma ultra-high frequency of 20 MHZ ultrasonic detection effect is superior to 13 MHZ effect of high frequency ultrasound detection, flow imaging ability is stronger, the role and value in the clinical work.
