Abstract:Objective:Objective to evaluate the value of color doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of visceral artery aneurysm. Methods:Collected 22 cases of visceral artery aneurysm by ultrasonography, the ultrasonographic features were analyzed, and the location, shape, thrombus and calcification of the aneurysm were observed. All cases were confirmed by CT and DSA. Results:In this group, 9 cases were diagnosed as splenic artery aneurysm, 8 cases of celiac trunk aneurysm, 4 cases of superior mesenteric artery aneurysm, 1 cases of right renal artery aneurysm; The sonographic findings were characterized by tumor like dilatation, whirlpool blood flow signals, thrombosis and calcification of expansion wall. Conclusion:Ultrasound can accurately display the location, size and hemodynamic characteristics of visceral artery aneurysm, providing reliable basis for further treatment, and has great clinical value.
