Abstract:Objective To investigate the contrast-enhanced ultrasound features of mastitis lesions and analyze the causes of misdiagnosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 43 mastitis lesions confirmed, qualitatively analyze the contrast-enhanced ultrasound features of mastitis lesions and its consistent imaging predictive model, and analyze the causes of its misdiagnosis. Result Mastitis lesions in line with malignant predictive model, mainly for fast forward, non-centripic, non-uniformity, high enhancement, and enhanced lesions expanded, and so on. Breast cancer is very similar to the malignant lesions, which is more common in suppurative mastitis, plasma cell mastitis and granulomatous mastitis. Conclusion Because of the complex and pathological changes of breast inflammatory lesions, it is easy to misdiagnosed as breast cancer after contrast-enhanced ultrasound, so it needs to be combined with clinical symptoms and various diagnostic methods to diagnosed. The final diagnosis still depends on the pathological diagnosis.
