| 近年来,通过每年医师协会对住培基地考核检查,暴露了不同培训层面的不足及各个培训基地培训质量参差不齐的问题。如何真正有效提高住院医师规范化培训质量进而切实提高超声医师的诊疗水平是所有培训基地值得思考的问题。我们认为不断加强对住院医师规范化培训的重视与管理,摸索与制定提高住院医师培训质量的具体措施是党务之急。笔者结合本基地的培训经验从进一步加强和规范对指导教师与住培人员的管理、提高师资带教水平与积极性、完善培训模式与流程等多方面进行了思考。 |

| In recent years, there were some shortcomings and differences on the teaching and training quality following the regular inspection on standardized training of the medical training bases yearly. It has become an important issue on how to improve the quality of training and the diagnosis during the process of medical standardized training. We think that paying more attention to the management of training, exploring the optimal and practical arrangements and steps were the key points. We have focused on the management and standardization on the teaching or training faculty and residents, the improvement on the training levels, initiations and the training patterns. |
