In recent years, there were some shortcomings and differences on the teaching and training quality following the regular inspection on standardized training of the medical training bases yearly. It has become an important issue on how to improve the quality of training and the diagnosis during the process of medical standardized training. We think that paying more attention to the management of training, exploring the optimal and practical arrangements and steps were the key points. We have focused on the management and standardization on the teaching or training faculty and residents, the improvement on the training levels, initiations and the training patterns.
