The enlargement of cervical lymph nodes is frequently involved in various benign and malignant diseases. Whether or not have cervical lymph nodes metastasis is essential in patients with tumors because it helps in selection of therapeutic strategy .As the advantage of safety , convenience, cost-efficient and good repeatability, ultrasound improves day by day in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node with the development and popularization of contrast-enhanced ultrasound ,ultrasound elastography as well as ultrasound-guided biopsy.
