| 住院医师规范化培训是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,我基地超声专业住院医师自2014年开始独立培养,为有效的提高住院医师的超声诊断水平,首先在心脏超声诊断学教学中进行了PBL教学法的尝试,充分调动了住院医师的主动性和积极性,有效的提高了教学效果。 |

| ABSTRACT The standardized training of residents is an important part of post-graduate medical education. As the ultrasound residency training base, my department started to culture residents independently since 2014. To effectively improve the ultrasound diagnosis level of residents, we first tried to apply PBL teaching method in cardiac ultrasonography teaching, which fully mobilized the initiative and enthusiasm of residents, and effectively improved the teaching effect. |
