Abstract:Objective: Using the four-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound to observe the curative effects and advantages of treating female stress urinary incontinence (SUI) by the combination of warm acupuncture and pelvic floor muscle exercise. Methods: 70 patients with satisfactory condition were screened and 35 were randomly divided into control group and 35 in the experimental group. The control group adopted the simple pelvic floor muscle exercise while the test group adopted the warm acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle. After one month, the results were evaluated and the four-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasonography was carried out to get complete levator ani muscle borehole image through Four-dimensional imaging . The levels of levator ani (MLT), LHW and LHA, and bladder neck mobility (BLM) of the two groups before and after treatment were measured at rest and Valsava. Then, take the Sample to test (P <0.05). Results: The clinical symptoms of both groups were improved after treatment. The experimental group was as follows: MLT thickening, LHW, LHA and BLM decreased at rest and in Valsava state, and the test group was more significant with statistical difference (P <0.05); LHW?The difference was significant (P <0.01).Conclusion: The combination of warm acupuncture and pelvic floor exercises is more effective in improving the curative effect of pure pelvic floor exercise in treating SUI. LHW changes most obviously.
