Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of focused ultrasound assisted therapy on knee joint function and inflammatory factors in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 80 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint were selected and were divided into the convention group and the research group,40 cases in each group. The convention group was given a combination of drug intervention and functional exercise, the study group was treated with focused ultrasound on the basis of routine group therapy. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks. The function of knee joint, the degree of pain and the level of interleukin-1 (IL-1), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and IL-6 were compared between the two groups. Results After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, the score of VAS in the study group were lower than that of the conventional group (P<0.05);After 4 weeks of treatment, the joint stiffness, joint swelling, joint pressure pain, motor time pain, time of rest pain and total score in the study group were lower than those of the conventional group (P<0.05);The degree of flexion, extension and flexion and extension of the knee joint in the study group were all higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05);The IL-1, TNF-α and IL-6 of the joint fluid in the study group were lower than those of the conventional group (P<0.05).Conclusion Focused ultrasound assisted therapy has improved knee function, alleviated pain and reduced inflammatory factors in patients with knee osteoarthritis, which is worthy of clinical attention.
