Abstract:In recent years, with the deeply development of Lung ultrasonography (LUS), the noninvasive and repeatable test has been widely used in intensive care units in diagnosis and mornitoring. With high sensitivity and specificity in identifying pulmonary diseases, LUS is a valuable test by real-time monitoring changes of the disease and evaluating the therapeutic effect in intensive care patient. This article is a summarizing of pneumothorax, pleural effusion, pulmonary real change, atelectasis, interstitial syndrome and pulmonary embolism in LUS, and discussing the ability of assess in pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome, circulatory failure.
