Abstract:【】 Objective to explore the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasonography in pharynx"s diverticulum. Methods Retrospective analysis and endoscopic and X-ray diagnosis of 13 cases of pharyngoesophageal diverticulum were found in our hospital, high-frequency ultrasound to summarize the sonographic characteristics of lesions were observed on internal echo and the relationship with esophageal, pressing, drinking water, swallowing observed lesions change. Results 13 lesions were located in the left lobe of the thyroid rear, showed mixed mass, irregular form internal sizes have strong echo, wall is not thick, the boundary is clear, according to the performance of lesions containing gas is divided into 3 types; all activities during swallowing mass and the thyroid gland was relative movement, when pressed packet compression blocks can be changed in 8 cases, 6 cases of water masses visible inside the liquid flow. Conclusion pharynx esophagus diverticulum has some characteristics of high-frequency ultrasound. Combined with the auxiliary methods of drinking water, swallowing movement and pressure, it can effectively diagnose and differentiate the pharyngeal diverticulum. It has a good clinical diagnostic value.
