【】SObjectiveS To study the value of high-frequency ultrasound in differentiating ileocolon type from small intestinal intussusception in children.SMethods. Retrospective analysis of the clinical and ultrasound data of 155 children with single acute gastroenteritis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017,103 cases of ileocolonic intussusception and 52 cases of intestinal intussusception; The clinical features, diameter of intussusception, thickness of fat nucleus, thickness of outer intestinal wall and lymph nodes in the sleeve were summarized and statistically analyzed.Results 155 cases of intussusception (104 males and 51 females, average age 25.6 months (3 months-13 years), ileoccolic intussusception in 103 cases (66.5%), intestinal intussusception in 52 cases (33.5%));The mean diameter of ileocolonic intussusception was 3.08 ±0.35 cm, the average thickness of lipid-nucleus was 1.42 ±0.36 cm, and the thickness of outer intestinal wall was 0.6 ±0.13 cm. The nuclear -wall index was more than 1, and the lymph nodes were included in the sleeve in 92 cases (89. 3%) ,The mean diameter of intestinal intussusception was 1.78 ±0.39 cm, the average thickness of fat nucleus was 0.1 ±0.24 cm, and the thickness of outer intestinal wall was 0.41 ±0.11 cm. The nuclear- wall index was less than 1, and the lymph nodes in the sleeve were 13. 5% (P < 0. 01); Ileocolic intussusception more severe clinical symptoms, accompanied with vomiting, bloody diarrhea, high blood.ConclusionSThe diameter , thickness of fat , the thickness of the outer casing , the nuclear - wall index , the presence or absence of lymph nodes in the sleeve were of great value to the differential diagnosis of the ileocolic intussuscepted and small intestine intusses .
