| 目的 分析颈部淋巴结超声造影(CEUS)的增强特点和动态血管模式曲线(DVPC)的类型及特征。方法 对95例颈部淋巴结增大的患者进行超声造影检查,应用SonoLiver软件进行后处理以获取DVPC,比较反应性淋巴结、转移性淋巴结和淋巴瘤CEUS表现和DVPC的类型及特征。结果 三组淋巴结增强模式特点,包括增强方向(离心性增强,向心性增强,混合性增强),增强是否均匀,是否伴有无增强区等差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),转移性淋巴结与反应性淋巴结DVPC差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),转移性淋巴结与淋巴瘤DVPC差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 CEUS增强特点和DVPC曲线特征对颈部增大淋巴结鉴别诊断具有一定临床价值。 |

| 【】Objective To evaluate perfusion characteristics of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS)and the types and characteristics of dynamic vascular pattern curve(DVPC)of enlarged cervical lymph nodes. Methods In a prospective study CEUS was performed in 95 patients with cervical lymph node enlargement. The SonoLiver software was used to get DVPC. Perfusion characteristics of CEUS and the types and characteristics of DVPC were compared with the histology(reactive lymph node, metastatic lymph node and lymphoma).Results The differences of CEUS perfusion characteristics including perfusion pattern(centripetal enhancement, centrifugal enhancement, chaotic enhancement ), enhancement homogeneity and perfusion defects were significantly among the three groups(P＜0.05). Compared metastatic lymph nodes with reactive lymph nodes, metastatic lymph nodes with lymphoma, differences of DVPC were significantly difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionsPerfusion characteristics of CEUS and the type and characteristics of DVPC could provide more information for differential diagnosis of enlarged cervical lymph nodes. |
