近年来,多模态超声分子影像技术发展迅速,其关键是构建一种以多功能超声造影剂为基础,并可同时用于光学?MRI?CT?PET 等一种或多种影像学技术成像的多模态超声分子探针。目前,国内外学者利用不同材料对构建多模态超声造影剂进行了大量尝试,本文在对上述研究成果进行统计的基础上,根据试验结果、显像能力等方面对构建材料的优缺点、应用前景进行了分析,所的结论可为后续相关研究提供一定参考。 |

Abstract: |
In recent years, the imaging technology of the multimodal ultrasound molecular imaging has developed rapidly,and the key is to construct a multimodal ultrasound molecular probe which can be used in optical, MRI, CT, PET and other imaging techniques. At present, scholars which are from domestic and foreign have made a lot of attempts to build multi-modal ultrasonic molecular contrast medium by using different materials. This paper is based on the above research result statistics,and the advantages and disadvantages of the construction materials and the application prospect are analyzed according to the experimental results and the imaging capability and other aspects,and the conclusion can provide some reference for subsequent related research. |
