Ultrasound teaching of clinical seven-year program students were performed with Case-Based Learning as Guiding, combined with Lecture-Based Learning, Problem-Based Learning, demonstration method and other teaching methods. To arise the students'' interest in learning, and mobilize their initiative and enthusiasm of learning. It can enlighten the students to use the knowledge they have learned to analyze and solve the practical problems, and to train the students'' ability of comprehensive application of knowledge, independent thinking and autonomic learning.
