| 软组织肌上皮癌临床罕见，关于本病的超声表现报道较少。超声检查可明确病变范围、血流特点及周围组织受累情况，但确诊仍需病理及免疫组化检查。本文介绍1例左臀部肌上皮癌的超声表现及其诊疗。 |

| Soft tissue myoepithelial carcinoma is rare clinically, and the articles about its ultrasonic manifestations are very less. Ultrasonography can depict the extent of the lesion, the blood flow pattern and the involvement of surrounding tissue, but the diagnosis still need to perform pathologic and immunohistochemical examinations. This article describes a case of the myoepithelial carcinama of the left hip about its ultrasonic manifestations, diagnosis and treatment. |
