【】 目的 探讨三维阴超联合断层成像技术在宫内节育器位置异常中的诊断价值。方法 选取2014年1月至2017年12月期间来我院就诊的113例宫内节育器位置异常患者为研究对象,对其分别行二维超声检查、三维超声检查、三维超声联合断层成像技术检查,并以腹腔镜或宫腔镜手术结果为“金标准”,比较三种检查方式诊断宫内节育器位置异常的准确率。结果 三维超声联合断层成像技术诊断不同种类宫内节育器位置异常的准确率最高,其对宫内节育器下移、变形的诊断准确率明显高于二维超声,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与手术结果对照,113例宫内节育器位置异常中,二维超声诊断出73例,其诊断准确率为64.60%;三维超声诊断出99例,其诊断准确率为87.61%;三维超声联合断层成像技术诊断出111例,其诊断准确率为98.23%。三维超声联合断层成像技术诊断宫内节育器位置异常的准确率与二维超声、三维超声比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 三维阴超联合断层成像技术可清晰完整地显示宫内节育器形态,利于提高宫内节育器位置异常的诊断准确率,值得临床推广应用。 |

【】 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of three-dimensional overcast ultrasonography in the abnormal position of intrauterine device.Methods During the period from January 2014 to December 2017, 113 patients with abnormal position of IUD were enrolled in this study.They were performed two-dimensional ultrasound, three-dimensional ultrasound, three-dimensional ultrasound combined tomography examination.Laparoscopic or hysteroscopic surgery results for the "gold standard", compared with three diagnostic methods for diagnosis of intrauterine device position abnormalities accuracy.Results Compared with the results of surgery, the accuracy of three-dimensional ultrasonography combined with tomography in diagnosis of different types of IUDs was the highest, and the diagnostic accuracy of IUDs down and deformation was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound with statistical differences Significance of learning (P <0.05).Compared with the surgical results, in 113 cases of intrauterine device position abnormalities, 73 cases were diagnosed by two - dimensional ultrasonography and the diagnostic accuracy was 64.60%.Ninety - three cases were diagnosed by three - dimensional ultrasonography and the diagnostic accuracy was 87.61%.111 cases were diagnosed by three-dimensional ultrasonography combined with tomography, the diagnostic accuracy was 98.23%.The accuracy of three-dimensional ultrasonography combined with tomography in the diagnosis of IUD abnormalities was statistically different from that of two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound (P<0.05).Conclusions Three-dimensional combined with ultrasonography can clearly and completely show the shape of intrauterine devices, and help to improve the diagnostic accuracy of intrauterine device position abnormalities, worthy of clinical application. |
