心脏超声教学是超声教学工作中较难掌握,尤其重视实践性与操作性的专业学科,由于部分影像专业学生对超声实习的重视度与兴趣不够,以及传统教学方法的单一化,心脏超声教学成为教学工作者待解决的难题。心脏超声的掌握主要分为两大方向:学习心脏超声检查方法和培养超声诊断的思维,而以问题为导向(PBL)的超声临床教学方式有利于学生围绕问题对知识进行完整的构建,通过教师精心设计的问题,以学生为主体,形成学术性的教学框架,使师生共同获益。在心脏超声的教学工作中,合理应用PBL教学方法,能显著提高超声临床教学质量,引发影像专业学生对学习超声的兴趣和主动性,培养学生的综合能力,弥补传统教学所带来的不足。 |
