Abstract:Objective to explore the application value of Problem-based learning (PBL) combined modular teaching in prenatal ultrasound training. Methods in the study 360 ultrasonic physicians from the people''s hospitals and maternal and child health care centers were included in Shaanxi province in 10 cities and 78 counties from 2015 to 2017. The results were evaluated by the comprehensive ability assessment of traditional theoretical stroke and double blind operation score. Results the scores of theoretical and written examination were significantly improved after training. There was a significant difference in the scores before and after training (P < 0.05). Conclusion the modular PBL teaching closely combined the theory and practice , this method also helped to improve the quality and effect of teaching effectively.
