模块化PBL教学法在产前系统超声培训中的应用 |

摘要: |
目的 探讨基于问题的学习模式(Problem-based learning,PBL)联合模块化教学法在产前系统超声培训中的应用价值。方法 纳入2015至2017年在陕西省产前超声培训基地进行规范化培训的陕西省10市78县的人民医院及妇幼保健院的360名超声医师为研究对象;对理论笔试及双盲操作考核等进行教学效果评价。结果 培训后理论笔试及操作考核成绩均明显提升,培训前后成绩对比具有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 模块化PBL教学理论与实践紧密结合,有效提升了教学质量和效果。 |

Abstract: |
Objective to explore the application value of Problem-based learning (PBL) combined modular teaching in prenatal ultrasound training.
Methods in the study 360 ultrasonic physicians from the people''s hospitals and maternal and child health care centers were included in Shaanxi province in 10 cities and 78 counties from 2015 to 2017. The results were evaluated by the comprehensive ability assessment of traditional theoretical stroke and double blind operation score.
Results the scores of theoretical and written examination were significantly improved after training. There was a significant difference in the scores before and after training (P < 0.05). Conclusion the modular PBL teaching closely combined the theory and practice , this method also helped to improve the quality and effect of teaching effectively. |
