In recent years, the application of speckle tracking imaging in coronary heart disease have been increasingly concerned by clinicians. This article reviews the basic concept and the principle of speckle tracking imaging technology, three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging technique for left ventricular systolic function and diastolic function of the evaluation of coronary heart disease, speckle tracking imaging technology to evaluate the treatment effects and so on.
