Abstract:Abstract: objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine sarcoma. Methods We analyzed Retrospectively the ultrasonographic features and clinical data of 32 patients pathologically proved with uterine sarcoma. Results Of the 32 patients, 15 (46.8%) showed abundant high-speed, low-impedance blood flow signals (RI≦0.50) inside and around the mass. Seven cases (21.8%) were rich in peripheral high-speed and low-impedance blood flow signals. In 10 cases (31.2%), little or no blood flow signal was seen inside or around the mass. Conclusion High-frequency and low-resistance blood flow spectrum of uterine sarcoma is different from the benign uterine diseases. Ultrasound Doppler flow detection should be routine operation in clinical work to improve the preoperative diagnosis rate of sarcoma. Provide reference for clinicians to choose the right treatment plan.
