    摘要:

    住院医师规范化培训的高质量、严要求,使超声医学的教学模式不断更新,教学改革成为必然。“病案分析法”这种针对性强的案例教学方法,能够提高规范化培训学员的综合学习能力,尝试基于病案分析法开展翻转课堂教学,让超声住院医师充当教员角色,主动参与病案的选择、学习、分析及讨论,加强对其自主学习、交流沟通、理论联系实际等综合能力的培养。从而进一步提高规范化学员培训质量。

    Abstract:

    Teaching modes of ultrasound medicine were constantly updated due to more and more strict requirements for the standardized training of residents. Medical record analysis was proved to be an effective and targeted method, which can improve the residents" comprehensive learning ability. In this paper, a combined teaching mode was established by applying medical record analysis in a flipped classroom, in which teachers instructed the ultrasonic residents to act as teachers who chose subjects, analyzed and discussed, in order to improve residents’s self-learning ability, communication and practical comprehensive skills. Thus the quality of standardized training was improved further and deeply.
