Abstract:Musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSKUS) is widely applied in sports medicine, rheumatism, rehabilitation medicine, pain medicine, etc. However, it can be intimidating for resident doctors due to the vast array of anatomy that is present and the different techniques and dynamic maneuvers required for a complete study. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the standardized training of MSKUS, how to carry out clinical teaching of MSKUS and summarize related experience and lessons is the most worthy of our discussion and thinking. For this purpose, We compare different teaching models, and found that all kinds of modes have different advantages and disadvantages, the standardization of the current teaching mode is faced with both opportunities and challenges, as the specialist training system and development, the more perfect standardized training mode suitable for domestic medical environment will be improved. Based on the research status of MSKUS at home and abroad, we analyzes the training methods of MSKUS, and explores the construction of MSKUS standardized training model to help it be correctly, reasonably, and effectively taught.
