| 目的：探讨经阴道超声检查在宫颈腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院 2012年2月—2017 年4月经病理证实宫颈腺癌的病例60例，结合病理结果及分期，对其术前超声声像图特点进行分析。结果：60例宫颈腺癌超声图像中，29例呈现正常宫颈声像图或仅宫颈前后径增大，31例呈现异常宫颈声像图，以宫颈实性低回声肿块、宫颈内膜线回声中断为主要表现。结论：中晚期宫颈腺癌经经阴道超声检查具有宫颈实性低回声肿块，宫颈内膜线回声中断等声像特点。经阴道超声对中、晚期宫颈腺癌有较高的诊断价值, 但对于早期宫颈腺癌有一定的局限性。 |

| Analysis of Ultrasonographic Features of Cervical Adenocarcinoma |

| To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasonography in cervical adenocarcinoma.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathological examination of cervical adenocarcinoma from February 2012 to April 2017 in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Capital Medical University was analyzed. The ultrasonographic features of the preoperative ultrasound were analyzed in combination with pathological results and staging. Results: In the ultrasonic images of 60 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma, 29 cases showed normal cervix image or only cervical anterior and posterior diameter, 31 cases showed abnormal cervical sonogram, and the main manifestations were solid hypoechoic mass of the cervix and interruption of endometrium echo in the cervix.Conclusion: Transvaginal ultrasonography has the sonographic characteristics of cervical solid hypoechoic mass and interruption of cervical endometrial line. Transvaginal ultrasound has a high diagnostic value for advanced and advanced cervical adenocarcinoma, but it has some limitations for early cervical adenocarcinoma. |
