The ultrasonographic features of the preoperative ultrasound were analyzed in combination with pathological results and staging. Results: In the ultrasonic images of 60 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma, 29 cases showed normal cervix image or only cervical anterior and posterior diameter, 31 cases showed abnormal cervical sonogram, and the main manifestations were solid hypoechoic mass of the cervix and interruption of endometrium echo in the cervix. Conclusion: Transvaginal ultrasonography has the sonographic characteristics of cervical solid hypoechoic mass and interruption of cervical endometrial line. Transvaginal ultrasound has a high diagnostic value for advanced and advanced cervical adenocarcinoma, but it has some limitations for early cervical adenocarcinoma.
