| 术前新辅助化疗(neoadjuvant chemotherapy, NAC)作为乳腺癌综合治疗的重要手段之一,可改善局部中晚期乳腺癌患者预后,并提高其生存质量。超声造影及弹性成像不仅可以对瘤体大小进行评估,还可以在肿瘤功能及内部成分变化(微血管、硬度等)方面进行评价,对于乳腺癌NAC疗效评估具有潜在价值。本文将主要对超声造影及弹性成像在乳腺癌NAC疗效评估中的相关研究进行综述。 |

| Preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC), as one of the important methods of comprehensive treatment of breast cancer, can improve the prognosis of patients with locally advanced breast cancer and their quality of life. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound and elastography can not only evaluate the tumor size, but also the changes in tumor function and internal components(microvessels, hardness, etc), which has potential value in the evaluation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer. The relevant studies of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and elastography in the evaluation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer is reviewed in this paper. |
