Abstract:【】:the incidence of portal hypertension in cirrhotic patients is increasing year by year, and transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt is performed.(TIPS) is an important treatment for the end-stage and complications of cirrhosis and portal hypertension, and its use rate has been increasing in recent years. The key to the success of TIPS is to maintain the patency of the stent, but the evaluation of TIPS is an invasive examination and expensive, and the patient is difficult to accept. As a noninvasive, cheap and repeatable examination, ultrasound plays an important role in the evaluation of the curative effect and the pipeline patency of TIPS. This article reviews the application of conventional ultrasonography, contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and SWE in evaluating the therapeutic effect of TIPS in cirrhotic portal hypertension.
