甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)的发病率逐年增加,但由于部分PTC不具有典型超声影像学恶性征象、超声引导下细针穿刺细胞学诊断(FNAC)具有一定局限性等原因,术前无法获得明确诊断。近年来的研究倾向于寻找PTC发生、发展的关键分子,应用于FNAC取样标本中进行检测,以提高PTC术前诊断准确率,为病情评估提供分子学依据。本文将对FNAC联合丝/苏氨酸特异性激酶(BRAF)V600E基因突变检测对PTC的诊断及病情评估的研究进展进行综述。 |

Abstract: |
The incidence of thyroid carcinoma has increased at an accelerating rate in recent years.Because of the lack of typical ultraphonic images and limitation of ultrasound guided fine-needle aspiration cytology in some papillary thyroid cancers,defining preoperative diagnosis can not be acquired sometimes.As a result,researchers tend to find the key molecule about the occurrence and development of papillary thyroid cancer and try to combine this molecule with ultrasound guided fine-needle aspiration cytology to improve the accuracy rate of preoperative diagnosis and to offer a molecular evidence for papillary thyroid cancer evaluating severity.This article reviews the research progress of BRAF V600E mutation on fine-needle aspiration cytology specimens in papillary thyroid cancer diagnosis and evaluating severity. |
