Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnostic value of suprasternal incision and suprasternal incision in pediatric patients with double aortic arch, in order to improve the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis of double aortic arch. Methods For children in my families and conventional echocardiography, according to complete the operation regulation of echocardiography, down from xiphoid process, apex, near the sternum, sternal elevation, high acoustic window order continuous scanning of sternum, detailed check the atrium and ventricle, the position of the aorta, atrioventricular connection, ventricular and artery connection relations, the priority on the sternum nest long axis section of left and right aorta, sternum person who harbors criminals the short shaft section observation left and right aortic arch cross section and high three vascular section, and sternum beside three-vessel-trachea view continuous scan. Results Among the 9 cases, 8 cases were diagnosed with double aortic arch by echocardiography, and 1 case was misdiagnosed with right aortic arch by echocardiography. Among the 9 cases, 8 cases had the dominant right arch, accounting for 88.9%.There were 1 case with persistent left superior vena cava, 1 case with patent ductus arteriosus, and 4 cases with patent foramen ovale.4 cases were confirmed by surgery, and 5 cases were followed up..Conclusions Echocardiography with suprasternal fossa and high lateral suprasternal section can be used to diagnose double aortic arch in children.
