| 目的 了解并分析先天性主动脉瓣四叶式畸形在超声心动图上的特征表现以及在其诊断过程中的注意事项。方法 回顾性分析了我院确诊的1例先天性主动脉瓣四叶式畸形患者的临床资料，并结合自2000年以来发表在中外各个杂志上的约50篇主动脉瓣四叶式畸形的113例病例资料进行分析。 结果 从113例患者的超声心动图上可以发现，如有主动脉瓣关闭不全、反流时， 应注意观察主动脉瓣的数目、分布及发育情况，可及时明确诊断，减少漏诊。 结论 当患者存在主动脉关闭不全等情况时，在超声心动图上应进行多个切面的仔细探查，尤其是大动脉短轴切面，以防漏诊。 |

| Objective To comprehend and analyze the characteristics of congenital quadricuspid aortic valve in echocardiogram and the matters needing attention in its diagnosis. Methods The clinical data of a case of congenital quadricuspid aortic valve were analyzed retrospectively, combined with the results of 113 cases published in Chinese and foreign journals from 2000. Results From the echocardiography fin dings of 113 patients, if the aortic valve is closed and the regurgitation, we should pay more attention to observe the number, distribution and development of aortic valve, so we can be timely and clearly diagnose some diseases, and reduce misdiagnosis. Conclusion When the aorta is closed or others , the echocardiogram should be carefully probed, especially the short axis view of the aortic valve, in order to prevent misdiagnosis. |
